Jobomschrijving

Wil je commerciële klantenrelaties combineren met het coördineren van complexe projecten? In deze functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over strategische klanten en mobiliteitsprojecten van de eerste aanvraag tot de facturatie. Je werkt samen met commerciële teams, planning, operations en verschillende vestigingen en zorgt ervoor dat klantafspraken ook operationeel worden waargemaakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het commercieel en operationeel beheer van een aantal key accounts en complexe mobiliteitsprojecten.

Je volgt dossiers van A tot Z op: van de eerste klantvraag en het uitwerken van de offerte tot de operationele coördinatie en uiteindelijke facturatie. Daarbij stem je voortdurend af met de verschillende vestigingen, planningsdiensten en externe partners.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Uitwerken, opmaken en opvolgen van complexe offertes en mobiliteitsoplossingen.
  • Coördineren van grotere projecten waarbij meerdere vestigingen betrokken zijn.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant gedurende het volledige traject.
  • Afstemmen met planning, operations en de verschillende vestigingen om afspraken en uitvoering op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van een portefeuille strategische klanten, in samenwerking met de Sales Director.
  • Actief detecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten, markten en samenwerkingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij strategische accounts en commerciële projecten.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere commerciële uitbouw van de organisatie.

Wie ben jij?

Dit heb je nodig:

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in accountmanagement, business development, projectmanagement of een vergelijkbare commerciële functie.
  • Je kunt meerdere projecten en klantendossiers tegelijk opvolgen en behoudt daarbij het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's, planningsdiensten en externe partners.
  • Je hebt een commerciële aanpak en richt je op het uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe business.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
