En tant que Chef de Projet, vous prenez en charge le pilotage de projets complexes, depuis leur lancement jusqu’à leur clôture, en veillant au respect des engagements pris envers les différentes parties prenantes, ainsi qu’aux objectifs de coûts, qualité et délais.

Vous assurez notamment la bonne transition entre la phase d’offre et la phase de réalisation et êtes le garant de la bonne exécution du projet.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

· vous assurez la transition entre la phase d’offre et la phase projet et pilotez le lancement du projet ;

· vous identifiez les principales parties prenantes et constituez l’équipe projet ;

· vous définissez la gouvernance, les activités structurantes et les principaux jalons du projet ;

· vous élaborez et assurez le suivi de la structuration du projet (WBS), de la répartition des responsabilités (OBS), du planning et du budget ;

· vous déterminez, pour chaque lot de travail, la stratégie d’acquisition, notamment selon une approche « Make or Buy » ;

· vous pilotez le projet dans son ensemble et veillez au respect des engagements pris envers les parties prenantes ;

· vous maîtrisez les exigences, les délais, les coûts et les aspects financiers tout au long du projet ;

· vous êtes garant de la qualité du projet et de la satisfaction du client ;

· vous assurez une gestion rigoureuse des risques et opportunités susceptibles d’impacter le projet ;

· vous gérez les obligations légales et contractuelles ainsi que les éventuels litiges ;

· vous assurez le reporting du projet et animez les réunions de suivi et revues de phases ;

· vous veillez à la bonne clôture du projet sur les plans administratif, financier et documentaire ;

· vous contribuez ainsi à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et à la réussite des projets futurs.
