De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Project manager

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van werven in uitvoering
  • Aansturen van werfleiders, projectcoördinatie en werfpersoneel
  • Bewaken van budgetten en rendement van projecten
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van materialen en onderaannemers
  • Zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieunormen
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang en oplossen van problemen op de werf
  • Fysiek aanwezig zijn bij opstart van projecten en bij complexe situaties
  • Beheren van interne en externe documentatie zoals werfverslagen en proces-verbalen
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte operationele flow van alle lopende projecten

  • Bouwkundige opleiding op niveau industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring als projectleider of werfleider
  • In het bezit van een VCA-attest
  • Sterk in people management en teamcoördinatie
  • Assertief, communicatief en professioneel ingesteld
  • Organisatorisch sterk en oplossingsgericht
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en hands-on mentaliteit
