Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig begeleiden van projecten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering en oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, contractors en leveranciers en bewaakt scope, planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Het projectenportfolio - Energie en energie-efficiëntie: circa 50% van het portfolio richt zich op het terugdringen van energieverbruik en het verbeteren van de efficiëntie van bestaande infrastructuur en installaties. - Proces- en conditieverbeteringen: circa 50% bestaat uit technische verbeteringen aan procesinstallaties, waaronder vervanging van tanks, pipeline-modificaties, pompen, warmtewisselaars en andere procesgerelateerde aanpassingen. Je hoeft geen specialist te zijn in energie of de specifieke productomgeving. Een brede technische basis, goed projectmanagement en het vermogen om de juiste specialisten aan te sturen zijn belangrijker. Jouw rol - Managen van meerdere CAPEX- en engineeringprojecten. - Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams en contractors. - Bewaken van scope, planning, budget, risico's en kwaliteit. - Beoordelen van technische voorstellen en signaleren van knelpunten. - Begeleiden van RFQ's, design reviews, commissioning en oplevering. - Zorgen voor goede projectdocumentatie en overdracht naar Operations/Maintenance. - Actief aanwezig zijn op locatie tijdens de uitvoering.
