Voor onze afdeling Project Management Office binnen Technical Services & After Sales zijn we op zoek naar een resultaatgerichte Project Manager. Een gedreven Project Manager die uitdaging ziet in het bewaken van de planning, het budget en de totale scope van langlopende integrale projecten. - Wat ga je doen? Als Project Manager word jij verantwoordelijk voor het integrale jachtbouwproces van een Full Custom, Serie of Smart Custom jacht. Jij coördineert, voert de regie en monitort en signaleert op het budget, de scope en de planning van het integrale project. Wij zijn op zoek naar een energieke en ervaren (technische) Project Manager die weet wanneer hij/zij communiceert en escaleert op het juiste niveau binnen de organisatie. Jij bent het 1 ste aanspreekpunt bij de start van het project van de klant en het ownersteam. Je zet het projectteam op en bent de voorzitter van het projectoverleg. Binnen dit overleg neem je de rol van "dirigent" op je waarbij je de Project Leaders van de verschillende disciplines faciliteert en activeert. Je rapporteert maandelijks over een project inclusief de risico's en kansen en bereid samen met de Director Technical Services & After Sales de Board rapportage met eventuele mitigerende maatregelen voor. Door je solide en projectmatige werkwijze ben je in staat een sterke klantrelatie op te bouwen en weet je hoe belangrijk dit is, maar verlies...
