Voor een creatief communicatiebureau in Amsterdam zoeken we een ervaren Projectmanager die energie krijgt van dynamische projecten, strakke deadlines en samenwerken met verschillende disciplines. Je begrijpt dat sterk creatief werk alleen mogelijk is wanneer de organisatie erachter klopt. Wat ga je doen Als Projectmanager begeleid je complexe communicatie- en corporate reporting projecten van briefing tot oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met account, strategie en creatie en vertaalt veranderende input naar heldere planning, structuur en concrete acties. Je bewaakt voortgang, verwachtingen en kwaliteit, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat iedereen aangesloten blijft. Je weet wanneer snelheid nodig is, wanneer er bijgestuurd moet worden en wanneer besluiten genomen moeten worden. Veel van jouw impact zit achter de schermen: - prioriteiten stellen - stakeholders aligned houden - risico's signaleren - processen strak organiseren - momentum bewaken binnen teams Binnen corporate reporting lopen projecten vaak onder hoge tijdsdruk, terwijl de foutmarge klein blijft.
