Zoek jij een uitdagend tijdelijk project waar je jouw ruime ervaring in de bouw meteen kunt inzetten? Voor een gewaardeerde klant van ons zijn we op zoek naar jou! Als Projectmanager Bouwkunde word jij de centrale figuur bij het opvolgen, coördineren en controleren van uitdagende bouw- en techniekprojecten.

Je hebt een grondige kennis van de bouwsector en ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams en externe partijen.

Wat ga jij doen:

  • Coördinatie & Prijsanalyse: Jij neemt de leiding en coördineert het interne team (met specialisten in technieken, elektriciteit en gespecialiseerde uitrusting) om alle offertes en dossiers grondig na te kijken en te vergelijken.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, studiebureaus en externe leveranciers tijdens de opstart- en uitvoeringsfase.
  • Opvolging & Kwaliteitscontrole: Je bent regelmatig op de werf te vinden om de voortgang op te volgen. Je stelt heldere rapportages op en waakt streng over de kwaliteit van de geleverde werken.

Projectmanagement

  • Je staat in voor het management van enkele belangrijke bouwtechnische beheerprojecten. Je hebt een helikopterview over de verschillende projecten heen.
  • Je doet de administratieve en technische opvolging van deze projecten.
  • Je bewaakt de resultaten, kwaliteit, de budgetten en timing. Je stuurt ook de externe partners aan in de kwalitatieve realisatie ervan.
  • Je bent de coördinerende schakel tussen gebruikers, technici, administratie, onderhoudsbedrijven, aannemers, studiebureaus en andere leveranciers.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma binnen bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimum 8 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een zeer degelijke bouwkundige vakkennis en daarbij ook een grote leerbereidheid.
  • Kennis van vastgoedbeheer, portfoliomanagement en conditiemetingen is zeker een pluspunt
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement en onderhandelingen
  • Je werkhouding start vanuit een klantenfocus en continue verbetering
  • Je denkt breed, procesmatig en innoverend.
  • Je communiceert vlot, verbindend en respectvol.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
