Je leidt projecten in elektrische installaties van begin tot oplevering. Niet alleen technisch, maar ook organisatorisch en financieel.

Je houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles klopt: planning, budget, kwaliteit én klant.

Hoe je dag eruitziet:

  • Coördineren van projecten van opstart tot oplevering
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van planning en budget
  • Aansturen van teams en onderaannemers
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieunormen
  • Overleggen met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams
  • Rapporteren over voortgang en financiële status
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen en optimalisaties

Je schakelt tussen werf, bureau en overleg.

Je bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles samenkomt.

Dit is een job voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en overzicht bewaart.

We zoeken iemand met technische kennis én organisatorisch talent.

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting (elektro, bouw, energietechnologie…)
  • Affiniteit met elektrische installaties en building technologies
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement is een plus, maar starters zijn welkom
  • Je kan plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je hebt inzicht in budgetten en financiële opvolging
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan mensen aansturen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Kennis van Office en MS Project

Je hoeft geen alleskunner te zijn, maar wel iemand die verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en wil groeien.
