Krijg jij er energie van om een IT-project vlot te doen landen, zonder dat de klant moet vragen hoe het ermee staat? Luister je eerst goed en spreek je dan? Wil je écht begrijpen hoe een financieel proces of een order-to-cash flow in elkaar zit, en niet alleen wat de software ervan maakt? Dan ben jij misschien de Project Manager & Business Analyst die we zoeken.

Robonext is een onafhankelijk Belgisch IT-bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in Intelligent Automation. We automatiseren bedrijfsprocessen met RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, AI agents en Microsoft Power Platform, en we begeleiden de adoptie die ervoor zorgt dat het blijft werken. Sinds 2019 bouwden we meer dan 1000 processen die elke dag in productie lopen bij onze klanten. Om ons team te versterken, zoeken we een Project Manager & Business Analyst, met standplaats Lint.

Dit is waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent:

  • Je leidt automatiseringsprojecten van intake tot oplevering en houdt budget, timing, scope en kwaliteit actief onder controle
  • Je volgt proactief op: je ziet afwijkingen aankomen en brengt ze ter sprake vóór ze een probleem worden
  • Je analyseert de processen van de klant, legt de AS-IS situatie vast en ontwerpt samen met onze engineers de TO-BE
  • Je vertaalt klantennoden naar heldere requirements en analysedocumenten waarmee ons technisch team meteen verder kan
  • Je rapporteert helder en op tijd, aan de klant en intern: status, risico’s, en de beslissingen die nodig zijn
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je klanten, betrekt de juiste stakeholders en zorgt dat de oplossing ook echt gebruikt wordt
  • Je spot vervolgopportuniteiten en zet klanten aan om de volgende stap te zetten. Sales is niet je hoofdverantwoordelijkheid, maar een stuk account management hoort er onvermijdelijk bij
  • Je bouwt technische kennis op over RPA, IDP, AI agents en Power Platform. Zelf ontwikkelen hoeft niet, maar je begrijpt waarover het gaat en kan inhoudelijk meedenken

Jij herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master. Welke richting is minder belangrijk dan je mentaliteit
  • Je hebt (eerste) ervaring met projectmanagement van IT-projecten. Ervaring met business analyse is een stevige plus
  • Je hebt veel empathie en je kan echt luisteren, ook wanneer de klant nog niet precies weet wat hij wil
  • Je bent assertief zonder agressief te zijn: je durft slecht nieuws te brengen, een scope te verdedigen en een beslissing te forceren
  • Je communiceert helder en gestructureerd, mondeling en op papier, en rapportering is voor jou geen last maar een reflex
  • Je kan bij de klant inhoudelijk meespreken over bedrijfsprocessen, bijvoorbeeld financiële processen zoals order to cash of purchase to pay
  • Je bent technisch nieuwsgierig en leert snel bij
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en je werkt af. Dat vinden we belangrijker dan je aantal jaren ervaring
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Engels. Frans is een plus.
