Als Project Manager Civiele Bouwkunde ben jij de drijvende kracht achter uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

  • Je bewaakt de technische, commerciële en financiële resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je coördineert planning, uitvoering, middelen en partners en waakt over veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang.
  • Je bouwt sterke samenwerkingen uit met klanten, onderaannemers en interne teams.
  • Je motiveert je projectteam, neemt beslissingen en zorgt dat iedereen gericht naar hetzelfde resultaat werkt.
  • Je volgt budgetten, prognoses en rapportering op en houdt de directie op de hoogte.

Je combineert werfbezoeken met overleg en voorbereiding, en houdt zo grip op het volledige project.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in de bouwkunde als burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur.
  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in infrastructuur, civiele bouwkunde of constructie.
  • Je combineert organisatorisch talent met financieel inzicht en een sterke resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en bouwt sterke professionele relaties op.
  • Je motiveert teams, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt vlot met courante pc-toepassingen en rapporteringstools.
