Project Manager bij De Buck Agency: wat betekent dit nu concreet?

  • Je beheert zelfstandig volledige projecten.
  • Je onderhoudt een goede relatie met de klant.
  • Je denkt "out of the box" en ontwerpt excursies om nooit te vergeten.
  • Je plant en rijgt de activiteiten aan elkaar (in samenwerking met partners op de bestemming).
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers, bereidt minutieus de excursies voor en staat nadien in voor een vlotte financiële afhandeling.
  • Je wordt goed begeleid, maar krijgt heel wat zelfstandigheid en veel variatie. Want geen reis of excursie is ooit hetzelfde.
  • Je behaalde een Masteren hebt een eerste werkervaring (of een administratieve studenten-job)
  • Ervaring met organiseren is een pluspunt (bv. via jeugdbeweging, studentenclub of een vorige job)
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels en Frans
  • Organisatietalent met oog voor kwaliteit
  • Klant georiënteerd denken en handelen
  • Servicegericht, betrokken en communicatief
  • Empathisch en positief ingesteld
  • Creatief, dynamisch en flexibel
  • Durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
  • Sterk in administratie en oog voor detail
  • Sociaal, goed en vooral graag met mensen omgaan
  • Je woont in of rond Gent, (max 30' rijden) want ons team werkt samen op kantoor
