The posting

Voor een internationaal actieve en groeiende organisatie in Antwerpen zoeken we een Project manager met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid, milieu en operationele verbetering. In deze functie volg je de dagelijkse QHSE-processen op en werk je mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een veilige, kwaliteitsvolle en duurzame werkomgeving.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Beheren, actualiseren en praktisch toepasbaar houden van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem volgens ISO 9001.
  • Opvolgen van verbeteracties en ondersteunen van afdelingen bij het optimaliseren van processen.
  • Beheren van procedures, werkinstructies, kwaliteitsdocumentatie en operationele registraties.
  • Organiseren van veiligheidsopleidingen, toolboxmeetings en sensibiliseringsacties.
  • Ondersteunen van risicoanalyses en actief bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
  • Coördineren van de kwalificatie en certificering van medewerkers.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met classificatiebureaus, keuringsinstanties en andere externe partners.
  • Afwijkingen, risico's en verbetermogelijkheden tijdig signaleren, analyseren en helder rapporteren.

Je werkt samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en legt verbanden tussen medewerkers, materieel, processen, regelgeving en operationele doelstellingen. De functie vraagt bereidheid om in een internationale context te werken en regelmatig af te stemmen met diverse stakeholders.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige professional met ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in operations, QHSE, kwaliteit, veiligheid, milieu of een technisch georiënteerde omgeving. Je combineert een kritische blik met organisatorische vaardigheden en bent in staat om procedures en regelgeving te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen.

We verwachten dat je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
  • Affiniteit met de technische en bij voorkeur maritieme sector.
  • Interesse in managementsystemen en normen zoals ISO 9001 en ISO 45001.
  • Een kritische, observerende houding en de assertiviteit om problemen, risico's en afwijkingen duidelijk te benoemen.
  • Ervaring met of interesse in audits, risicoanalyses, verbeteracties en documentbeheer.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in organiseren, plannen, opvolgen en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Bereidheid om internationaal te werken en zich flexibel op te stellen in contacten met verschillende locaties en stakeholders.

Ervaring als preventieadviseur, milieucoördinator, auditor of met certificerings- en keuringsinstanties is een pluspunt. Ook kandidaten die zich verder in deze verantwoordelijkheden willen ontwikkelen, worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
