The posting

Voor een industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een Freelance Project Manager. Je draagt aan opdrachtgeverszijde de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor complexe CAPEX-projecten, van haalbaarheidsstudie tot opstart en overdracht.

Functieomschrijving

  • Bepalen van scope, projectgrenzen en technische doelstellingen.
  • Opstellen en verdedigen van businesscases en investeringsaanvragen.
  • Beheren van budgetten, prognoses, wijzigingen en risico’s.
  • Opbouwen en bewaken van de projectplanning, inclusief stilstanden en aansluitingen op bestaande installaties.
  • Aansturen van engineeringbureaus, EPCM-partners en aannemers; toetsen van ontwerpen, ramingen en voortgang.
  • Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams en de benodigde capaciteit.
  • Begeleiden van aankoop, uitvoering, commissioning en overdracht.
  • Bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit binnen een operationele productieomgeving.
  • Beheren van contractuele wijzigingen en claims; rapporteren aan management en stuurgroep.
  • Minstens 15 jaar industriële ervaring, waarvan 10 jaar als projectmanager aan opdrachtgeverszijde.
  • Minstens 3 grootschalige CAPEX-projecten in de procesindustrie succesvol gerealiseerd, van concept tot overdracht.
  • Ervaring met eigen budgetverantwoordelijkheid, investeringsgoedkeuring en het rechtstreeks aansturen van EPCM- of EPC-partners.
  • Sterke engineeringachtergrond en ervaring met multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Bouwt en beheert zelfstandig planningen in MS Project.
  • Ingenieursdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Besluitvaardig en sterk in onderhandelen, stakeholdermanagement en communicatie.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • VCA-VOL vereist; PMP, PRINCE2 of IPMA is een plus.
