Stuur uitdagende E&I- en HVAC-projecten aan en draag rechtstreeks bij aan hun succesvolle uitvoering op het terrein.

Als Project Manager coördineer je technische projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering binnen Equans Large Projects in Nivelles. Je werkt nauw samen met teams, leveranciers en onderaannemers en zet je technische expertise in op werven verspreid over heel België.

Wat ga je doen?

  • projecten E&I aansturen en zorgen voor de naleving van deadlines, budgetten en vooropgestelde doelstellingen
  • de voortgang van projecten opvolgen en de verschillende betrokken partijen coördineren
  • technische en financiële offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers analyseren
  • ervoor zorgen dat leveranciers en onderaannemers over het vereiste voorbereidingsniveau beschikken
  • nauw samenwerken met collega’s en technici om technische ondersteuning te bieden
  • je expertise delen om de kwaliteit van de realisaties verder te verbeteren
  • toezien op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werven
  • werfbezoeken uitvoeren verspreid over België
  • technische problemen op het terrein oplossen
  • bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid door een nauwe en kwaliteitsvolle begeleiding

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • een master in elektriciteit, regeltechniek of HVAC
  • minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen projectmanagement
  • een grondige kennis van elektriciteit, regeltechniek en HVAC-technieken
  • het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk gestructureerd te coördineren
  • een goede beheersing van de technische en budgettaire aspecten van E&I-projecten
  • een uitgesproken teamgeest en vlotte communicatie met verschillende stakeholders
  • bereidheid om werven in België te bezoeken
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands of Frans en een goede kennis van het Engels
