Pilotez des projets électriques de grande envergure dans des bâtiments complexes et variés.

En tant que Project Manager, vous prenez la responsabilité complète de vos projets, de leur organisation à leur résultat final, aux côtés de vos équipes et de vos clients.

Vous évoluez dans des environnements tels que les hôpitaux, les bâtiments de bureaux, les infrastructures de défense ou les data centers.

Votre mission se déroule : sur les chantiers clients et à Nivelles.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • assurer le résultat final et l’organisation de vos projets : ressources, planning et utilisation du site
  • coordonner et contrôler les projets sur les aspects techniques, les délais, la sécurité, la qualité et les aspects financiers
  • préparer des offres pour les clients existants et des devis pour les travaux complémentaires
  • encadrer, accompagner et motiver les ingénieurs de projet, assistants chefs de projet, chefs de chantier et ouvriers
  • assurer le suivi des différents intervenants du projet
  • rapporter au responsable de service

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • un diplôme en électricité ou une expérience équivalente
  • minimum 10 ans d’expérience en électricité et/ou sur des projets similaires
  • minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction de management de projets ou d’équipes
  • une bonne connaissance des projets électriques dans le secteur des bâtiments
  • une bonne maîtrise des chiffres et du suivi financier de projets
  • une approche orientée client et un sens commercial développé
  • un esprit orienté résultats et résolution de problèmes
  • de solides compétences relationnelles pour fédérer et accompagner une équipe
