  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de efficiënte en rendabele uitvoering van projecten: je plant werkzaamheden, stemt af met andere projectmanagers en optimaliseert materiaal- en personeelsinzet.
  • Je geeft leiding aan projectteams, bezoekt werven voor werkplekinspecties en ziet toe op volledige projectdocumentatie zoals revisietekeningen en testrapporten.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor interne teams, externe partners en klanten, organiseert werkoverleggen en planningsvergaderingen en rapporteert voortgang aan het management.
  • Je werkt technische concepten uit, biedt technische ondersteuning, bewaakt veiligheidsprocedures, coacht opvolgers op veiligheidsgedrag en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve oplevering.
  • Je onderhoudt klantrelaties, volgt offertes op, beheert meer- en minderwerk, stelt nacalculaties op, bewaakt correcte facturatie en verzorgt de bijhorende administratie.
  • Je beschikt over een master industriële wetenschappen (elektro)mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding op masterniveau.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement, inclusief planning, budgetbewaking en aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en weet duidelijke prioriteiten te leggen.
  • Je hebt een sterk commercieel inzicht, ziet markt-opportuniteiten en bouwt actief aan klantenrelaties.
  • Ervaring met facturatie, nacalculatie en meer- en minderwerk is een pluspunt, net als affiniteit met veiligheidsprocedures en werkplekinspecties.
