Ben jij een ervaren projectmanager met een sterke elektromechanische achtergrond, die energie krijgt van het realiseren van technische investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten in een industriële productieomgeving? Werk je graag op het snijvlak van engineering, operations en maintenance, met zichtbare impact op betrouwbaarheid, capaciteit en veiligheid? Dan is deze rol als Project Manager Elektromechanica een ideale volgende stap.

In deze functie neem je end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor CAPEX- en verbeteringsprojecten binnen de productieomgeving. Je combineert technische inzichten met sterke project governance, stakeholdermanagement en resultaatgericht leiderschap. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens scope, timing, budget en kwaliteit worden opgeleverd, van conceptfase tot succesvolle implementatie op de werkvloer.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je definieert en structureert technische projecten (scope, doelstellingen, risico’s, deliverables) in overleg met operations, engineering en maintenance.
  • Je leidt elektromechanische investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten van feasibility en ontwerp tot implementatie, commissioning en overdracht.
  • Je coördineert interne en externe stakeholders (leveranciers, integratoren, contractors) en bewaakt planning, budget en resources.
  • Je beoordeelt technische concepten en neemt beslissingen rond equipmentselectie, lay-out, automatisatie en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je volgt installatie-, test- en validatiefases op en zorgt voor een veilige en gestructureerde uitvoering op de werkvloer.
  • Je borgt correcte projectdocumentatie (technische dossiers, risicoanalyses, werkinstructies, as-built).
  • Je organiseert overdracht, training en nazorg richting productie- en onderhoudsteams.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan continue verbetering binnen de organisatie (Lean, TPM, standardisation, lifecycle management).

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Master Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Elektromechanica, Automatisatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • 4–7 jaar relevante ervaring in projectmanagement of projectengineering binnen een productie- of procesomgeving (FMCG, voeding, pharma, packaging of gelijkaardig).
  • Sterke affiniteit met productie-equipment, mechanica, elektrotechniek en automatisatie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met CAPEX-projecten en contract- en leveranciersopvolging.
  • Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een hands-on mindset.
  • Communicatief, verbindend en in staat om teams en stakeholders richting resultaat te aligneren.
  • Vlot in Nederlands, met goede kennis van Engels.
  • Ownership, probleemoplossend vermogen en focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
