Naast veiligheid, staat samenwerken bij ons centraal. Voor de klant ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt, iemand die vertrouwen uitstraalt en helder communiceert. Intern ben je een spilfiguur: je brengt mensen samen, stuurt ons team van technisch sterke collega’s aan en zorgt voor duidelijkheid. Tegelijk heb je oog voor de mensen achter het werk. Je ondersteunt collega’s, helpt hen groeien en creëert een sfeer waarin iedereen zich goed voelt.

Je staat er nooit alleen voor. Onze betrokken CEO, BUM en ervaren collega’s delen graag hun kennis met jou. Hier bots je niet op afstandelijke structuren, maar krijg je dankzij onze korte communicatielijnen directe ondersteuning.

Wat houdt de job in?

Als Project Manager neem je elektrotechnische projecten van A tot Z in handen. Je werkt aan projecten in verschillende sectoren. Dit zorgt voor veel variatie en technische uitdaging, met als constante een gedreven team waarop je kan rekenen.

Jouw dagen zijn goedgevuld met de:

  • Analyse van offerteaanvragen en het uitwerken van voorstellen met een correcte prijszetting
  • Opvolging van projecten: van opstart tot oplevering (planning, uitvoering, cost control en facturatie)
  • Samenstelling van jouw team en het aansturen van collega’s (80%) en onderaannemers (20%)
  • Controle van de veiligheid op de werf: samen zorgen we ervoor dat iedereen elke dag gezond naar huis kan gaan
  • Organisatie van werfvergaderingen
  • Bewaking van de voortgang en kwaliteit van de werken
  • Aankoop van materialen: samen met onze aankoopafdeling zorg je ervoor dat het juiste materiaal tijdig in het atelier of op de werf is
  • Ondersteuning en coaching van jouw team in hun groei en ontwikkeling
  • Dankzij minimum 7 jaar ervaring in een elektrotechnische omgeving of een aantoonbaar sterk trackrecord in complexe projectomgevingen weet je dat dit jouw droomjob is.
  • MS Office heeft geen geheimen voor jou. Kennis van MS Project is een mooie plus.
  • Je hebt een stevige kennis van elektriciteit.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is belangrijk voor een vlotte communicatie.
