Jouw baan als Project Manager Engineering & Automation

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen binnen een innovatieve CAR-T productieomgeving? Als Senior Project Manager Automation stuur je complexe engineering- en automatiseringsprojecten aan binnen de Make Asset Management afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met managers, project engineers en technische stakeholders om projecten succesvol van planning tot oplevering te begeleiden. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit, veiligheid en compliance van de technische oplossingen. Dankzij jouw ervaring help je niet alleen projecten vooruit, maar ondersteun je ook de verdere ontwikkeling van collega's en processen.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Opstellen en beheren van de langetermijnplanning van projecten
  • Initiëren van projecten en begeleiden van project engineers
  • Leiden van eigen engineering- en automatiseringsprojecten
  • Ontwerpen van GxP-conforme automatiseringsoplossingen en systeemintegraties
  • Coördineren van interne en externe stakeholders gedurende projecten
  • Identificeren en implementeren van continue verbeterinitiatieven
  • Ondersteunen van kennisdeling, training en projectportfoliobeheer

Je communiceert helder met verschillende doelgroepen en weet technische informatie begrijpelijk over te brengen. Daarnaast neem je eigenaarschap over projecten en behoud je overzicht, zelfs binnen complexe omgevingen. Je werkt gestructureerd en maakt steeds doordachte keuzes met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Hard skills

  • Masterdiploma in Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen engineeringprojecten
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectmanager of people leader
  • Ervaring binnen een GxP-gereguleerde omgeving of farmaceutische sector
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
