Om de verdere groei van SAPA in Nederland te ondersteunen, is Hydro Building Systems Netherlands op zoek naar een enthousiaste en commercieel gedreven Project Manager. JOUW verantwoordelijkheden Als Project Manager ben je de commerciële hunter binnen de projectmarkt. Je gaat actief de markt op, ontdekt nieuwe bouwprojecten en bouwt relaties uit met aannemers, ontwikkelaars, architecten, adviseurs en andere belangrijke stakeholders. Je identificeert projecten vroegtijdig, brengt de juiste beslissingsnemers in kaart en positioneert SAPA als relevante systeem- en oplossingspartner. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Zorgen dat SAPA wordt voorgeschreven en opgenomen in de bestekken. - Uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met klanten en beslissingnemers op verschillende niveaus. - Actief prospecteren en vroegtijdig identificeren van relevante bouwprojecten. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk binnen de Nederlandse bouwsector. - Bezoeken van aannemers, ontwikkelaars, architecten, adviseurs en andere projectstakeholders. - Projecten kwalificeren, prioriteren en vertalen naar een commerciële pipeline. - SAPA positioneren tijdens het specificatie- en besluitvormingsproces. - Samenwerken met Account Managers en technische teams om projecten verder te ontwikkelen. - Commerciële opportuniteiten opvolgen van eerste contact tot tender en order. - Marktontwikkelingen en projecttrends vertalen naar commerciële opportuniteiten. - Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor commerciële resultaten en ac...
