Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van projecten van opstart tot oplevering. Je zorgt voor een goede planning, stuurt projectteams aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid, timing en budgetten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met klanten, collega's en externe partners.

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van projecten van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van projectteams.
  • Opvolgen van personeel, materiaal en middelen.
  • Bezoeken van projecten en uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties.
  • Opvolgen van projectdocumentatie, revisietekeningen en testrapporten.
  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning en opvolgen van afwijkingen.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte oplevering.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, interne diensten en externe partners.
  • Opstellen van offertes en opvolgen van nieuwe opdrachten.
  • Behandelen van vragen en klachten.
  • Opvolgen van aankopen, meer- en minderwerk en nacalculaties.
  • Bewaken van de correcte facturatie in samenwerking met de Controller.
  • Instaan voor de nodige projectadministratie en rapportage.
  • Meewerken aan verbeteringen van werkmethodes en procedures.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante technische richting.
  • Sterk in plannen en structureren.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en bewaart het overzicht onder druk.
  • Sterk in het beheren van tijd, middelen en kosten.
  • Commercieel en proactief, met oog voor opportuniteiten.
  • Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
