Als Project Manager Hernieuwbare Energie regio Brugge ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van industriële projecten binnen duurzame energie. Je combineert technisch inzicht, organisatie en leiderschap om projecten succesvol af te ronden binnen timing, budget en kwaliteitsnormen. Wat ga je doen als Project Manager Hernieuwbare Energie regio Brugge?

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van energieprojecten van ontwerp tot oplevering
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en deadlines
  • Aansturen van interne teams en externe partners om projecten vlot te laten verlopen
  • Identificeren van risico’s en tijdig bijsturen om vertragingen of budgetoverschrijdingen te vermijden
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van technische normen en regelgeving
  • Uitvoeren van werfbezoeken en opvolgen van de voortgang op locatie

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting
  • Ervaring in projectmanagement binnen technische of industriële projecten
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en interesse in duurzame energie
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om meerdere projecten tegelijk te beheren
  • Communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)
  • Leiderschapscapaciteiten en het vermogen om teams te motiveren
