Word jij als Project Manager Hot Cells de stuwende kracht achter cruciale infrastructuur voor het Recumo-project? In deze dynamische rol neem je de leiding over de constructie en installatie van de hot cellen (SHC, PHC, WHC). Je bent de draagveer achter de efficiëntie van het team en zorgt ervoor dat alles, van ontwerp tot on-site installatie, vlekkeloos verloopt. Je draagt zorg voor een soepel proces en een oplevering die naadloos aansluit bij de contractuele bepalingen, de planning en het budget. Met jouw technische expertise en doortastende aanpak til je dit complexe project naar een hoger niveau en breng je het tot een succesvol einde.

Wat krijg jij hiervoor in de plaats?

  • Uitdagende projecten: Een unieke kans om jouw stempel te drukken op hoogtechnologische installaties binnen een zware industriële omgeving.
  • Grote impact: Werken vanuit onze site in Mol waar jouw projectmanagement de ruggengraat vormt voor de veilige realisatie en installatie van de hot cell faciliteiten.
  • Eigenaarschap & Verantwoordelijkheid: Ruimte voor autonomie in het uitwerken en leiden van het project, waarbij jij het overzicht behoudt over scope, planning, en budget. We voorzien je uiteraard van de nodige materialen (computer met standaardsoftware).
  • Sterk teamwerk: Een veelzijdige, fulltime rol waarin je dagelijks schakelt en samenwerkt met diverse interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder QC engineers en de Project Controller. Wat ga jij allemaal doen? Team & projecten begeleiden: Je verdeelt de taken binnen het hot cell team, zorgt dat iedereen efficiënt samenwerkt en neemt proactief acties (en volgt deze op) waar nodig. Ontwerp en uitvoering opvolgen: Je overziet het volledige traject van het ontwerp, de constructie in de ateliers en de installatie on-site, steeds strikt conform de contracten en bestekken. Budgetten en planning bewaken: In nauwe samenwerking met de Project Controller volg je de kosten op. Je bewaakt de progressie en planning met alle betrokken partijen en rapporteert maandelijks aan de overkoepelende Project Manager. Specificaties en aanbestedingen: Je stelt specificaties op, kijkt deze kritisch na en volgt de volledige aanbestedingsprocedure op de voet. Kwaliteitscontrole & Administratie: Samen met de QC engineer beheer je de kwaliteitscontroles (inclusief CR's en NCR's), zorg je voor een feilloze projectadministratie en een strikte uitvoering volgens het Project Management & kwaliteitsplan (PMQP).

Welke troeven breng jij mee?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je bezit een diploma als Ingenieur Elektromechanica en kan bouwen op minstens 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van projecten. Ervaring binnen nucleaire projecten is een sterk pluspunt.
  • Expertise & Werkwijze: Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en een pakket van A tot Z uit te werken. Je hebt een scherp oog voor administratie en het beheer van wijzigingen en non-conformiteiten.
  • Talenkennis: Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (C2/C1) en een goede professionele kennis van het Engels (B2/B1).
  • Competenties: Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, bent oplossingsgericht en communiceert helder met de verschillende partijen.
  • Randvoorwaarden: Je bent vlot inzetbaar voor een fulltime functie met tewerkstellingsplaats in Mol (volledig on-site, geen telewerk mogelijk). Voor deze functie is een veiligheidsmachtiging en een vertrouwelijkheidsverklaring vereist, een medische controle is niet van toepassing.
