Relevez le défi de piloter des projets HVAC stratégiques qui façonnent les infrastructures techniques de demain. En tant que Project Manager, vous gérez des projets de A à Z, de la coordination à l’exécution, et vous apportez des solutions techniques concrètes aux enjeux rencontrés sur le terrain. Vous rejoignez une équipe dynamique où vous contribuez chaque jour à la réussite de projets HVAC multi-techniques de grande envergure.

Votre mission se déroule : sur place chez vos clients ainsi que sur site Equans.

Le site Equans auquel vous êtes rattaché : Nivelles.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • gérer l’ensemble du projet, de la coordination à l’exécution, tout en supervisant la synthèse des plans et des schémas
  • diriger une équipe d’experts, des concepteurs aux techniciens, et leur fournir les outils nécessaires à leur réussite
  • préparer la documentation technique nécessaire afin de garantir le bon déroulement du projet
  • sélectionner et dimensionner les équipements appropriés pour chaque étape du projet
  • établir, suivre et ajuster le planning de construction afin de respecter les délais et les exigences du projet
  • travailler en étroite collaboration avec le client afin de proposer des solutions adaptées à chaque défi

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • un master en ingénierie civile ou industrielle, avec une spécialisation en électromécanique, techniques thermiques, construction, climatisation ou énergie
  • une expertise en HVAC
  • au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • de solides compétences en organisation et en gestion de projets
  • une bonne maîtrise des outils et de la documentation technique liés à la gestion de projets
  • une approche collaborative et une communication claire avec les équipes et les clients
  • une excellente maîtrise du français
