Je leidt HVAC-projecten van opstart tot oplevering. Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit, en zorgt dat alles samenkomt.

Je schakelt tussen werf, klanten en interne teams. Geen puur bureauwerk, geen pure werfrol. De combinatie.

Hoe je dag eruitziet:

  • Coördineren van HVAC-projecten van begin tot einde
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van planning en budget
  • Aansturen van projectteams en onderaannemers
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement
  • Overleggen met klanten, leveranciers en interne diensten
  • Rapporteren over voortgang en financiële status
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen

Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor je projecten.

Als jij overzicht houdt, loopt alles zoals het moet.

We zoeken iemand die techniek en organisatie combineert.

  • Master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met HVAC-projecten is belangrijk
  • Kennis van bouwtechnieken en installaties
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer en financiële opvolging
  • Je kan plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan mensen aansturen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Kennis van Office en MS Project
