Ausgerichtet auf "My best health" suchen wir Leistungsträger, die mit persönlicher Leidenschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Innovationsgeist dazu beitragen, dass Menschen ihr volles Potenzial entfalten und ihre Gesundh... 1 Project Manager:in (m/w/d) Commercial & Operations im Bereich Lebensmitteleinzelhandel / Food Innovations Was es bei uns zu tun gibt * Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Vertriebs- und Operationsumfeld * Mitwirkung beim Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Erstellung individueller Kundenangebote und Durchführung von Vertriebspräsentationen * Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen * Einführung neuer Tools, Systeme oder Workflows (z. B. CRM, ERP, Reportingstrukturen) * Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen, Go-to-Market-Projekten und neuen Vertriebskanälen * Koordination interner Stakeholder sowie externer Partner:innen und Dienstleister * Erstellung von Projektplänen, Timelines, Budgets und Reportings * Monitoring von KPIs sowie Erfolgsmessung von Maßnahmen * Sicherstellung reibungsloser Übergaben in den operativen Betrieb * Unterstützung des Managements bei strategischen Initiativen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen * Aktive Mitgestaltung einer effizienten und skalierbaren Organisationsstruktur

Was du mitbringen solltest * Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Operations, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Vertriebs-, Handels-, FMCG- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld * Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung und operativer Umsetzung sowie Kenntnisse im Change Management * Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools * Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, verbunden mit analytischem Denkvermögen und hoher Zahlenaffinität * Erfahrung mit CRM-/ERP-Systemen von Vorteil-Erfahrung in Transformations- oder Skalierungsprojekten * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisations- und Koordinationstalent * Hands-on-Mentalität mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Umsetzungsstärke * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz

Gehalt Das Mindestentgelt entspricht einer Einstufung nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter in Handelsbetrieben und liegt für diese Position auf Vollzeitbasis bei EUR 2.251,00 monatlich. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und deiner bisherigen beruflichen Erfahrung, ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben
