In dieser spannenden Funktion leitest Du Optimierungsprojekte innerhalb der Fertigung inkl. In/Outsourcing, begleitest die Überleitung neuer Produkte in die Serie und unterstützt beim Transfer von Produkten innerhalb des Tecan Produktionsnetzwerkes

* Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Produktion, Entwicklung, Engineering und Projektteams

* Erstellung und Überwachung des Zeitplans für den Projekttransfer

* Planung der Produktionsvalidierung

* Einbringung produktionsrelevanter Themen ins Projekt

* Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen und Arbeitsanweisungen

* Risikobetrachtung des Produktionsprozesses

* Leitung von Optimierungsprojekten in Operations

* Unterstützung bei In/Outsourcing Projekten

* Unterstützung bei der Planung der Produktionslinien unter Einhaltung der Lean und 5S-Prinzipien.

Dein Profil

Wir sind nicht nur auf der Suche nach Fachwissen: Wir suchen nach Menschen, die ihre Leidenschaft und ihr Talent bei uns umsetzen.

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre mit Meister, HTL, FH oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung

* Berufserfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, Design Transfer, Industrial Engineering oder Manufacturing Engineering.

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

* Grundwissen in den Bereichen Elektronik, Firmware, Optik, Mechanik

* Kenntnisse im Lean-Management von Vorteil

* Organisationstalent, analytisches Denken und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
