Krijg je energie van het moderniseren en automatiseren van ons wereldwijde netwerk aan productiesites, én van het nauw samenwerken met diverse cross-functionele teams? Voor onze organisatie Cartamundi zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Project Manager die onze industriële technologie, automatisering en productieprocessen naar het volgende niveau tilt.

Als vaste meerwaarde krijg je:

  • Gevarieerde en uitdagende projectportfolio: De kans om uiteenlopende technologische innovatie- en automatisingsprojecten van A tot Z te leiden, van de introductie van nieuwe installaties en procesoptimalisaties tot de brede replicatie van succesvolle oplossingen over meerdere locaties.
  • Eigenaarschap en internationale verbinding: Een dynamische en hybride werkomgeving waarin jouw ondernemerschap gestimuleerd wordt en je optreedt als de centrale schakel tussen onze lokale fabrieksteams en de centrale Industrial Technology-organisatie. Je hoofdtaken zijn: Volledig leiden en beheren van complexe technologische innovatie- en automatisingsprojecten van A tot Z, met eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de scope, de planning, het budget en het risicobeheer. Aansturen en opleveren van industriële investeringsprojecten (CAPEX), inclusief de installatie, inbedrijfstelling (commissioning) en ramp-up van nieuwe machines, installaties en processen op onze locaties. Coördineren van internationale, cross-functionele teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT) en externe leveranciers om een vlekkeloze projectuitvoering te garanderen. Borgen van de wereldwijde Industrial Technology-standaarden en het actief stimuleren van de standaardisatie en replicatie van innovatieve oplossingen over meerdere sites. Fungeren als centrale Single Point of Contact (SPOC) en de verbindende factor tussen de lokale fabrieksteams en de centrale Industrial Technology-functie (inclusief heldere rapportage aan het management en de VP Industrial Technology). Bewaken van de strikte naleving van alle veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en regelgevingsnormen en het actief bijdragen aan continue verbeterinitiatieven (zoals Lean, OEE-verhoging en kostenefficiëntie).

Wat breng jij mee:

  • Masterdiploma in Engineering (bijv. Elektromechanica, Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur), Finance, Business Administration of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Tussen de 5 en 10 jaar relevante ervaring in projectmanagement binnen een industriële, innovatieve of productieomgeving, met aantoonbare ervaring in het beheren van multi-site of internationale projecten.
  • Diepgaande technische affiniteit en kennis van innovatie, automatisering en productietechnologieën, gecombineerd met ervaring in leverancierscoördinatie en CAPEX-projecten.
  • Vertrouwdheid met Lean- en Operational Excellence-methodologieën om efficiëntie, OEE en rendement (ROI) op projecten te maximaliseren.
  • Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden gecombineerd met een mature, resultaatgerichte, strategische én hands-on instelling.
  • Een echte netwerker met uitstekende communicatieve en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden binnen een internationale matrixorganisatie en diverse culturen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk); kennis van aanvullende talen is een sterke plus.
