CSC Self Storage Solutions ontwerpt, produceert en installeert complete self-storage oplossingen in Europa. De projecten omvatten onder meer stalen scheidingswanden, opslagunits, mezzaninevloeren, lockers en toegangssystemen. Door de verdere groei van CSC wordt het projectteam versterkt met een Project Manager voor de Benelux.

Jobomschrijving

Voor CSC Self Storage Solutions zoeken we een ervaren Project Manager Installaties die meerdere projecten in de Benelux zelfstandig opvolgt van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische en praktische coördinatie van je projecten en vormt de schakel tussen klant, interne teams, leveranciers, logistieke partners en onderaannemers.

De functie combineert projectmanagement, werfopvolging, technisch inzicht en klantencontact. Je bent op locatie wanneer het project dat vraagt, maar dit is geen rol waarbij je permanent op de baan bent.

Ervaring in self-storage is niet nodig. Een achtergrond in bouw, fit-out, staalconstructies, industriële installaties, liften of andere technische installatieprojecten sluit goed aan.

Jouw rol

Je beheert meerdere projecten tegelijk en bewaakt het volledige traject van technische voorbereiding tot definitieve oplevering.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • de voorbereiding en planning van projecten;
  • het controleren en interpreteren van technische tekeningen/plannen;
  • de afstemming van materialen en logistiek;
  • de coördinatie van onderaannemers en installatieploegen;
  • het opvolgen van timing, kwaliteit en budget;
  • rechtstreeks contact met klanten tijdens het project;
  • het beheren van wijzigingen en bijkomende werken;
  • het oplossen van praktische en technische problemen;
  • het bewaken van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsafspraken;
  • de opvolging tot en met de oplevering.

Een goede voorbereiding is cruciaal. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische informatie, materialen, planning en afspraken op punt staan voordat de installatie start.

Wie zoeken we?

Idealiter heb je min. 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen technisch projectmanagement, bouw of installaties.

Je werkt vandaag bijvoorbeeld als:

  • Project Manager;
  • Technisch Project Manager;
  • Projectleider;
  • Werfleider;
  • Site Manager.

Belangrijker dan je exacte functietitel is dat je ervaring hebt met:

  • technische bouw- of installatieprojecten;
  • technische tekeningen en plannen;
  • coördinatie van onderaannemers;
  • werf- of siteopvolging;
  • planning en voortgangsbewaking;
  • rechtstreeks klantencontact.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je projecten en denkt vooruit.

Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en grijpt in wanneer planning, kwaliteit of uitvoering dreigt af te wijken.

Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten, onderaannemers en collega's en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met korte communicatielijnen en veel autonomie.

Regio en verplaatsingen

Jouw projecten bevinden zich in België, Nederland en Luxemburg.

Hoe vaak je op locatie bent, hangt af van het project en de projectfase. Tijdens de voorbereiding kan veel vanop afstand gebeuren. Bij installatie, belangrijke werfmomenten en oplevering ben je vaker ter plaatse.

Je bent daarom flexibel om je binnen de Benelux te verplaatsen, zonder dat je permanent onderweg bent.

Wanneer je niet op locatie hoeft te zijn, is hybride werken mogelijk.
