Door de toenemende vraag naar hun expertise is het Infra-team op zoek naar een ervaren Project Manager Integrale Projecten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van civieltechnische infrastructuurprojecten, van de tenderfase tot en met de oplevering. Als Project Manager leid je complexe projecten in de grond-, weg- en waterbouw voor grote opdrachtgevers zoals Rijkswaterstaat en civiele aannemers. Deze projecten ontstaan uit nationale en Europese aanbestedingen en uit samenwerkingen binnen de civiele techniek. Je bent bekend met de werkwijzen, processen en systemen van Rijkswaterstaat, maar kunt ook soepel schakelen naar de aanpak van civiele aannemers wanneer dat nodig is. Je stuurt projecten van begin tot eind aan: van tenderfase en voorbereiding tot uitvoering en oplevering, met altijd focus op het afgesproken resultaat. Omdat projecten vaak plaatsvinden in een complexe omgeving, heb je goed zicht op risico's rondom omgeving, milieu en veiligheid. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt waar nodig bij en zorgt ervoor dat risico's tijdig en integraal worden beheerst. Maar je rol gaat verder dan alleen het aansturen van projecten. Je houdt je ook bezig met: - Het opbouwen en leiden van een sterk projectteam. Je coacht medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt voor de juiste bezetting, zowel nu als met het oog op de toekomst; - Het actief bijdragen aan aanbestedingen, het opstellen van kostencalculaties en het signaleren van commerciële kansen, zoals meerwerk.
