Notre client est une société belge spécialisée dans l'implémentation et l'intégration de solutions ERP, qu'elle déploie, customise et fait évoluer pour des organisations de taille significative.

Ses équipes interviennent au quotidien sur des environnements applicatifs critiques et fortement customisés, entre activités de run, de support et projets d'upgrade d'envergure.

Dans un contexte de croissance, notre client recherche un(e) Project Manager IT Senior pour prendre le lead sur plusieurs comptes stratégiques, depuis ses bureaux du Brabant wallon.

Le poste

Rattaché(e) au responsable du pôle, vous prenez en charge le pilotage opérationnel de plusieurs comptes clients et des projets ERP qui y sont rattachés.

Vous êtes au cœur des échanges entre les clients, les équipes internes et un partenaire technique externe, avec un rôle central dans la coordination et le respect des engagements.

Le poste est basé en Brabant wallon, dans des bureaux accessibles en voiture comme en transports, avec une forte autonomie, une réelle exposition client et une perspective d'évolution vers la gestion d'un programme plus large.

Rôle

  • Piloter opérationnellement plusieurs comptes clients et les projets ERP associés.
  • Garantir le respect des budgets, des délais, des engagements contractuels et des niveaux de service.
  • Coordonner la relation tripartite entre le client, les équipes internes et le partenaire technique externe.
  • Piloter au quotidien un partenaire nearshore en charge de la mise à disposition des ressources techniques.
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques, les consultants fonctionnels et les différents interlocuteurs côté client.
  • Superviser les activités de run, le ticketing et les évolutions des environnements ERP en production.
  • Piloter des projets d'upgrade et de montée de version sur des environnements fortement customisés.
  • Identifier les risques opérationnels, budgétaires ou contractuels et assurer la mise en place des actions correctives.
  • Challenger les demandes, arbitrer les priorités et maintenir une communication fluide entre toutes les parties prenantes.

Profil

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en informatique, gestion de projet ou domaine équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience senior en gestion de projets IT ou de comptes complexes.

  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de clients exigeants et d'environnements à multiples parties prenantes.
  • Une expérience en environnement ERP, en intégration ou chez un éditeur constitue un atout sérieux.
  • Solides capacités d'organisation, de coordination et de priorisation.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements applicatifs et techniques, sans nécessairement être expert(e) technique.
  • Bonne maîtrise des enjeux budgétaires, contractuels et des engagements de services.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de partenaires externes et la coordination de relations tripartites.
  • Excellente communication, diplomatie et capacité à instaurer une relation de confiance avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Autonomie, rigueur administrative et capacité à prendre de la hauteur dans des environnements complexes.
  • Séniorité, autonomie et anglais courant indispensables pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
