Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Innenausbau- und Generalunternehmerprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg * Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden in Bezug auf Anforderungen, Termine, Budgets und Projektstrategie * Verantwortung für Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele sowie Ressourcenplanung * Steuerung von Angebots-, Kalkulations- und Vertragsprozessen * Mitwirkung bei der Prüfung und Abwicklung projektbezogener Verträge und Nachunternehmervereinbarungen * Aktives Änderungs- und Nachtragsmanagement inklusive Erstellung und Verhandlung von Nachtragsangeboten * Laufendes Projektcontrolling einschließlich Kosten-, Fortschritts- und Risikoanalysen * Koordination aller internen und externen Projektpartner sowie laufende Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen * Organisation und Moderation von Projekt-, Baustellen- und Abstimmungsmeetings * Übergeordnete Steuerung der Bauausführung sowie Begleitung von Abnahmen und Projektabschlüssen * Sicherstellung technischer, rechtlicher und kundenspezifischer Qualitätsstandards * Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Projektabläufen durch strukturierte Prozesse und digitale Tools * Vertriebsorientierte Projektabwicklung mit Fokus auf Kundenbindung und Folgegeschäft

Qualifikationen

Deine Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Bauwesen, Architektur, Bautechnik oder Innenausbau * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bau-, Ausbau- oder Innenausbauprojekten * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und kaufmännischer Projektsteuerung * Erfahrung im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement von Vorteil * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kosten-, Termin- und Ressourcensteuerung * Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie professionelles Auftreten * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-, ERP- und Dokumentationstools * Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse * Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen
