Voor een innovatieve multinational in de voedingsindustrie, gelegen in regio Oostende, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Project Manager met technische bagage en oog voor efficiëntie en resultaat. Deze onderneming is wereldwijd actief en verdeelt haar producten onder meer naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Frankrijk en Scandinavië. Met een lokale ploeg van ruim 300 medewerkers, een aantal dat de afgelopen jaren stevig gegroeid is, bevindt het bedrijf zich in volle expansie. Om deze groei duurzaam te ondersteunen, wordt er actief geïnvesteerd in automatisering, optimalisatie en talent.

Als Project Manager ben je een cruciale schakel tussen techniek, productie en strategie. Je stuurt automatisatieprojecten aan van A tot Z, werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners, en waakt over planning, budget en kwaliteit. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan vooruitstrevende projecten in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving, binnen een bedrijf waar innovatie en ondernemerschap hand in hand gaan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid nemen over toegewezen investeringsprojecten, van conceptfase tot volledige oplevering
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke en nauwkeurige opvolging van technische plannen, budgetten, planningen en resourceverdeling
  • Aansturen van het projectteam en toewijzen van middelen op een efficiënte en resultaatgerichte manier
  • Toepassen van gestandaardiseerde, flexibele uitvoeringsprocessen met focus op snelheid, kwaliteit en technische optimalisatie
  • Begeleiden van de projectopstart en zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht aan onderhouds-, productie-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsteams
  • Uitvoeren van post-projectevaluaties met focus op leermomenten en het structureel verbeteren van toekomstige projectaanpakken
  • Masterdiploma in een technische richting (ingenieur of gelijkwaardig) met ervaring in het leiden van multidisciplinaire projecten
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van interne teams én externe aannemers en weet anderen te trainen, overtuigen en meenemen in gestroomlijnde processen en deadlines
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office, MS Project en CAD-software
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet ook op hoger managementniveau impact te maken
