Jouw baan als Project Manager Mechanical Pharma

Als Project Manager Mechanical Pharma krijg je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over mechanische projecten binnen een GMP-gecontroleerde productieomgeving. Je werkt aan nieuwe installaties, modificaties en optimalisaties van bestaande productie-installaties en equipment. Daarbij vorm je de schakel tussen engineering, operations, contractors en andere stakeholders op de site. Je begeleidt projecten van conceptfase tot oplevering en bewaakt voortdurend veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en budget. De installaties waar je aan werkt zijn technisch uitdagend en hebben een directe impact op productieprocessen binnen pharma en chemie. Je komt terecht in het team van ervaren project- en engineeringprofessionals waar samenwerking en eigenaarschap centraal staan.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Leiden van mechanische projecten van concept, engineering en uitvoering tot oplevering
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van scope, planning, budget en benodigde resources
  • Coördineren van interne stakeholders en externe contractors tijdens projectuitvoering
  • Technisch opvolgen van reactoren, tanks, piping en andere productie-installaties
  • Begeleiden van FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ en commissioningactiviteiten binnen GMP-omgevingen
  • Faciliteren van risicoanalyses zoals HAZOP en FMEA en opvolgen van CAPA-acties
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang tijdens constructie- en werfactiviteiten

Soft skills

Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor resultaten. Dankzij jouw analytische aanpak behoud je overzicht, ook binnen complexe technische projecten.

Hard skills

  • Master in Mechanische Engineering of Industriële Engineering
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Project Manager binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring binnen pharma of chemie en vertrouwd met GMP/GxP-richtlijnen is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van mechanical equipment, contractor management en werfopvolging
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, met ervaring in FAT, SAT, IQ en OQ-trajecten
