This is how you make impact As a Project Manager (NPI & CAPEX), you lead complex, strategically important projects within our high-tech manufacturing environment. You are responsible for the successful execution of New Product Introductions (NPI), capital investment projects, and continuous improvement initiatives, continuously balancing Quality, Logistics, Technology, and Cost (QLTC). Working closely with customers and multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality, you translate technological ambitions into concrete and achievable project outcomes. You bring structure, maintain oversight, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards. You act as a senior partner for customers and internal stakeholders and know how to connect and mobilize teams. You combine decisiveness with an open and transparent way of working.
