Stap aan boord bij KLM en grijp de kans om bij te dragen aan de veiligheid en compliance van de organisatie, waarbij je persoonlijke groei en samenwerking centraal staan! Wat ga je doen? In deze sleutelrol geef je functioneel leiding aan de Safety Compliance Leads binnen de vliegtuigonderhoudsorganisatie Airframe. Je bent dé specialist en eindverantwoordelijke voor de correcte toepassing van EASA Part 145 binnen Airframe. Je zorgt dat ons luchtvaartonderhoud altijd voldoet aan de strengste Europese regelgeving en bent een drijvende kracht achter continue verbetering van compliance, veiligheidsprestaties en proceskwaliteit. - Je vertaalt EASA Part 145 regelgeving naar correcte procedures en concrete acties binnen de werkvloer van Airframe - Je monitort actief de compliance over diverse EASA Part 145 dossiers, signaleert knelpunten, stuurt bij en initieert structurele verbeteringen. - Je begeleidt, coördineert en borgt interne en externe audits (KLM E&M S&Q, EASA, ILT, klant), volgt findings op en zorgt voor effectieve correctieve en preventieve acties. - Je adviseert het management over compliance-risico's en rapporteert helder over trends, audits en verbetervoorstellen. - Je coacht en inspireert een team van Safety Compliance Leads om samen de compliance-cultuur te versterken. - Je bewaakt structureel de volledigheid en actualiteit van procedures, manuals en kwaliteitsregistraties volgens EASA Part 145. - Je leidt c...
