Onze klant is een gerenommeerd bedrijf dat actief is in technologische dienstverlening en wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Project Manager Piping om hun team te versterken.

Als Project Manager Piping ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van pipingprojecten binnen diverse sectoren zoals de voedingsindustrie, chemie en textiel. Je coördineert de uitvoering van de projecten, zorgt ervoor dat ze binnen de gestelde tijd, budget en kwaliteitsnormen worden afgerond, en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met klanten en interne teams.

Functie omschrijving Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Projectcoördinatie: Leidinggeven aan en coördineren van verschillende pipingprojecten van A tot Z, met focus op de technische, organisatorische en budgettaire aspecten.
  • Planning en werkopvolging: Opstellen van gedetailleerde werfplanning en zorgdragen voor de uitvoering volgens planning. Regelmatige werfvergaderingen en opvolging van de voortgang.
  • Teammanagement: Ondersteunen van de werfleiders en coördineren van de werkzaamheden van verschillende onderaannemers.
  • Klantcontact: Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant, zorgen voor een goede relatie en regelmatige rapportage over de voortgang van de projecten.
  • Inkoop en materiaalbeheer: Zorgdragen voor de tijdige aankoop van benodigde materialen en middelen voor het project.
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereid om zowel bureauwerk als werkzaamheden op de werf uit te voeren, afhankelijk van de projectbehoeften.

Wij zoeken een gedreven Project Manager met de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de industriële pipingsector.
  • Leiderschap: Ervaring met het aansteken van mensen of de ambitie om deze verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Technische kennis: Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen. Kennis van isometrie (leiden en tekenen) is een vereiste.
  • Pluspunten: Kennis van skidbouw, WPS/PQR/WPQ en ervaring in diverse pipingtechnieken zijn een plus.
  • PC-vaardigheden: Basiskennis van gangbare softwaretoepassingen (bijvoorbeeld Microsoft Office).
  • Proactief: Je denkt vooruit, plant en bestelt de benodigde materialen tijdig.
