Binnen een innovatieve speler actief in industriële installaties krijgt een gedreven Project Manager Piping de kans om projecten van A tot Z in goede banen te leiden.

Deze functie combineert technisch inzicht, projectcoördinatie en leiderschap binnen een omgeving waar groei, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

Een uitdagende rol voor iemand die graag het overzicht bewaart en impact wil maken op complexe industriële projecten.

Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Instaan voor de analyse en pre-coördinatie van nieuwe projectaanvragen.
  • Uitwerken van technische dossiers en opmaken van offertes.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en risicoanalyses.
  • Coördineren van materialenbeheer en opvolgen van de volledige projectvoortgang.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van werfvergaderingen en opvolgen van vorderingsstaten.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van alle betrokken partijen.
  • Opmaken van nacalculaties en budgetevaluaties.
  • Beheren van projectadministratie, vergunningen, bestellingen en dossiers.
  • Garanderen van een vlotte opvolging van elk project van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Technische masteropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen industriële installaties.
  • Sterke interesse in projectmanagement en technische uitdagingen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Kennis van technische plannen zoals ISO-tekeningen, 3D-tekeningen en P&ID-schema's.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkmethode.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Leiderschapscapaciteiten en talent voor coaching.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met respect voor deadlines.
  • Stressbestendig, besluitvaardig en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Bereidheid om attesten zoals VCA en EHBO te behalen.
