Water-Link zorgt elke dag voor betrouwbaar en duurzaam water in de regio Antwerpen. Binnen Engineering werk je mee aan toekomstgerichte infrastructuur met directe maatschappelijke impact.

Waarom bestaat deze functie?

Door interne doorgroei zoekt Water-Link opnieuw een 'Project Manager' met focus op grote projecten rond aanvoerleidingen. Daarnaast krijgt de rol een belangrijke plaats in de technische controle, opvolging en standaardisatie van rioleringsprojecten.

Jouw rol

Je leidt en coördineert projecten rond aanvoerleidingen en riolen, met aandacht voor timing, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid. Je bent technisch aanspreekpunt, ondersteunt projectleiders en helpt processen, standaarden en controlemechanismen verder versterken.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

- grote projecten rond aanvoerleidingen en riolen van A tot Z opvolgt - een duidelijk plan van aanpak opstelt, inclusief risicoanalyse, budget en timing - interne en externe partners coördineert en technisch aanstuurt - projectleiders binnen leidingen ondersteunt als technisch aanspreekpunt - bestekken opmaakt of kritisch herbekijkt in samenwerking met aankoop - de technische aspecten opneemt binnen aanbestedingen en onderhandelingen - meewerkt aan standaardisatie binnen aanvoerleidingen - een actieve rol speelt in de controle en opvolging van rioleringsprojecten - keuzes, budgetten en projectopvolging kritisch evalueert - waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid, milieu en een correcte overdracht naar de organisatie - helder rapporteert over voortgang, risico's, knelpunten en verbetervoorstellen

Wie zoeken we?

Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk in beide disciplines al expert te zijn. Heb je sterke ervaring in riolering en wil je je verdiepen in aanvoerleidingen, of omgekeerd? Dan kan dit perfect passen.

We zoeken iemand die:

- beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur als ingenieur - ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring heeft binnen infrastructuur, water, riolering, leidingen, civiele werken of projectengineering - technisch sterk is en projecten gestructureerd kan aanpakken - budget, timing, risico's en kwaliteit goed kan bewaken - vlot schakelt met aannemers, interne diensten, aankoop en externe partners - kritisch durft kijken naar technische keuzes en projectopvolging - helder communiceert en verantwoordelijkheid neemt - veiligheid, duurzaamheid en kwaliteit vanzelfsprekend vindt - graag meedenkt over betere processen, standaarden en werkwijzen
