Jouw rol

Als projectleider neem je de leiding over technische projecten binnen piping en mechanische installaties. Je begeleidt trajecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen — van engineering tot uitvoering — perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van projecten van opstartfase tot oplevering
  • Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, budgetten en scope
  • Aansturen van interne teams (engineering, werkvoorbereiding) en externe partners
  • Beheren van contracten en opvolgen van wijzigingen zoals meer- en minderwerken
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Evalueren van technische documentatie (zoals P&ID’s, isometrieën en procedures)
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, leveranciers en inspectiediensten
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, kosten en prestaties aan stakeholders
  • Identificeren van optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen projecten en processen

Je bent een organisatorisch sterke professional die techniek en projectmanagement moeiteloos combineert.
