Als Projectleider volg je projecten rond leidingen en hoogspanningslijnen van offerte tot oplevering volledig op. Je komt terecht in een groeiende activiteit en bouwt verder aan je technische, organisatorische en relationele expertise binnen een betrokken team.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je berekent en bereidt offertes voor van verschillende projecten
  • je neemt contact op met klanten en onderhandelt met hen
  • je beheert leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • je stelt contracten op en bepaalt daarbij de organisatie, werfbezetting, middelen en methodes die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering
  • je waakt over de klanttevredenheid en behaalt tegelijk de financiële doelstellingen van het project
  • je beheert de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werven
  • je volgt uitgaven, inkomsten en projectprestaties op
  • je werkt mee aan projecten voor de installatie van leidingen en hoogspanningslijnen

Zie je een match met jouw troeven?

  • een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in het beheer van industriële projecten
  • minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Projectleider of teamverantwoordelijke
  • ervaring met piping en laswerken
  • een goede kennis van montage- en bouwplannen
  • een goede kennis van de courante Office 365-toepassingen
  • een sterke technische en organisatorische kennis
  • sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en een vlotte samenwerking met collega's
  • heldere communicatie met klanten, leveranciers en teams vanuit een langetermijnvisie
  • een resultaatgerichte aanpak en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • bereidheid om projecten overal in België op te volgen
  • tweetalig Nederlands/Frans
