The posting

  • Als Project Manager PPS Fasering & planning ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van een integrale planning voor de uitvoeringsfase van het project, waarbij de fasering en de impact van elke fase op andere delen van het project goed worden doorgedacht. De gedetailleerde faseringsplannen moeten een gestructureerde en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken mogelijk maken. Hierbij sta je in voor de ontwikkeling en het bewaken van de planning, met oog voor deadlines, verkeersdoorstroming en integrale werfcoördinatie.
  • Je identificeert optimalisatiemogelijkheden in de planning en draagt bij tot het verbeteren van de efficiëntie van de uitvoering zonder de kwaliteit of voortgang van andere werkpakketten te verstoren. Ook werk je nauw samen met het begrotingsteam in de tenderfase en levert input voor tenderdossiers, bouwmethodieken en fasering.
  • Je werkt intensief samen met de verschillende teams en stakeholders, waaronder overheden, studiebureaus en andere partners binnen het PPS-model om goedkeuringen en vergunningen tijdig te verkrijgen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en het rendement van alle benodigde werken, waarbij je een realistische inschatting maakt van manpower, materiaal en logistiek.
  • Je identificeert en analyseert risico’s in de planning en fasering, je detecteert knelpunten en lost deze op. Je treft proactief maatregelen om risico's te mitigeren en tijdig in te grijpen bij afwijkingen van de planning. Hierbij hou je rekening met de belangen van zowel de publieke als private partners. Je kan deze informatie bevattelijk uitwerken en overbrengen naar de klant om succesvolle tenderdossiers over te maken.
  • Kortom, je bent de sleutelfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat infrastructuurwerken vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen binnen de vooropgestelde termijnen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Burgerlijk of Industrieel Ingenieur bouwkunde, mobiliteit, verkeerskunde of een ander relevant vakgebied.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring met fasering en planning binnen de infrastructuursector in uitvoering. Ervaring binnen PPS-projecten of grote complexe werken is een extra plus.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk projectmatig werkvermogen waarbij je complexe planningen overzichtelijk kunt beheren.
  • Ook ben je communicatief sterk en leg je vlot contact met verschillende stakeholders, zowel binnen als buiten het PPS.
  • Je hebt een analytische en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid en denkt proactief na over efficiënte werkmethodes.
  • Kennis van planningstechnieken of een planningssoftware is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vanuit één van onze centraal gelegen vestigingen regio Gent (minstens 2 dagen) - Brussel/Antwerpen
