Daarom zoeken wij een Project Manager Quality, Process & Compliance . Een projectmanager die structuur brengt, mensen verbindt en ervoor zorgt dat organisatiebrede verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden ingevoerd, gebruikt en geborgd. Jouw rol - Als Project Manager Quality, Process & Compliance ben je in de eerste plaats projectmanager. - Je leidt organisatiebrede projecten op het snijvlak van kwaliteit, processen, compliance en interne beheersing. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe kaders, systemen en werkwijzen niet op papier blijven staan, maar daadwerkelijk onderdeel worden van de dagelijkse praktijk. - Je bewaakt scope, planning, risico's, voortgang en besluitvorming en zorgt dat projecten succesvol landen in de organisatie. - Je werkt nauw samen met de Quality & Compliance Officer, kwaliteitsmanagement, IT, Finance, procesmanagement en de operationele teams. - De kwaliteits- en complianceprofessionals bepalen wat vanuit wetgeving, normen en interne kaders noodzakelijk is. Jij bepaalt samen met de betrokken teams hoe deze veranderingen praktisch, beheerst en tijdig worden gerealiseerd.
