Contexte de la mission

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans les systèmes critiques et de grands projets ferroviaires internationaux, nous recherchons un Senior System Project Manager pour intervenir sur des programmes d'ingénierie à haute criticité.Vous participerez à la gestion complète de sous-systèmes techniques complexes, intégrant des enjeux de coordination multi-métiers (engineering, industrialisation, RAMS, qualité, supply chain, achats, intégration).Vous évoluerez au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires sur des systèmes mêlant matériel embarqué, architecture produit complexe et exigences de sûreté de fonctionnement élevées.

Vos responsabilités

- Élaborer, suivre et mettre à jour le Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). - Planifier et superviser les activités sous-système et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs QCDP (Qualité - Coûts - Délais - Performance). - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes engineering, R&D, industrialisation, achats, supply chain, qualité et RAMS. - Assurer la cohérence des interfaces avec les autres sous-systèmes et les équipes intégration. - Synchroniser les acteurs internes et externes. - Gérer les risques, suivre les KPI et assurer un reporting transparent.

Profil recherché

Titulaire d'un Master 2 ou d'un diplôme d'ingénieur en systèmes embarqués, électronique, informatique industrielle ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée de minimum 7 ans dans la gestion d'un périmètre technique complexe dont 2 ans en tant que System Project Manager.

Vous disposez de :

- Compétences solides en gestion de projet (certifié Scrum ou PMI) - Expérience dans des environnements internationaux - Capacité à coordonner des équipes multi-métiers et multi-sites. - Leadership, esprit d'initiative, autonomie, sens du résultat. - Un niveau professionnel en français et anglais est requis. - Une connaissance des environnements industriels exigeants (ferroviaire, aéronautique, défense, systèmes critiques) est un atout.
