Novartis Pharmaceutical Manufacturing GmbH 1 Project Manager - Robotics / Automation (m/f/d) Standort: Österreich / Schaftenau oder Kundl

Sie gestalten die Zukunft der pharmazeutischen Produktion im Rahmen einer strategischen Automatisierungs-Roadmap im Bereich Drug Product. Zunächst unterstützen Sie ein umfangreiches CAPEX-Programm und übernehmen anschließend eigenverantwortlich mehrere Investitionsprojekte mit einem Volumen von 2 bis 10 Mio. USD.

Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering, Automation, Produktion und weiteren Stakeholdern sorgen Sie für die erfolgreiche Implementierung innovativer Technologien sowie für den Projekterfolg hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget, Qualität und Compliance.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

· Leitung und Umsetzung von CAPEX-Investitionsprojekten in den Bereichen Automatisierung und Digitalisierung mit Projektvolumina von 2 bis 10 Mio. USD

· Unterstützung einer standortweiten Automatisierungs-Roadmap mit mehreren parallel laufenden Projekten im Drug-Product-Umfeld

· Steuerung aller Projektphasen von der Konzeptentwicklung über Planung und Genehmigung bis zur Implementierung und Übergabe

· Verantwortung für Projektbudgets, Zeitpläne, Risiken, Ressourcen und die erfolgreiche Zielerreichung

· Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie externer Partner und Lieferanten

· Sicherstellung der GMP-, HSE-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Anforderungen während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus

· Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und globalen Stakeholdern zur effizienten und nachhaltigen Umsetzung technischer Lösungen

· Förderung innovativer Automatisierungs- und Robotiklösungen zur Steigerung von Produktivität, Effizienz und Zukunftsfähigkeit des Standorts

Was Sie für die Position mitbringen

· Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Meister, Bachelor oder Master) in Ingenieurwesen, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

· Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement technischer oder industrieller Investitionsprojekte

· Fundierte Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Robotik, beispielsweise PLC-/SCADA-Systeme, AGVs oder vergleichbare Technologien

· Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams

· Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten in einem komplexen internationalen Umfeld

· Deutschkenntnisse zur einwandfreien Verständigung und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

· Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld der Pharma-, Biotechnologie- oder Life-Science-Industrie sowie Kenntnisse der GxP-Anforderungen

· Erfahrung mit großen CAPEX-, Transformations- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten im Produktionsumfeld
