Als Project Manager neem je de coördinatie op van projecten rond brandweer, radioprotectie en preventieadvies in een sterk gereguleerde nucleaire omgeving. Je bewaakt samen met je teams de voortgang, budgetten en afspraken en werkt in nauwe afstemming met interne en externe partners op de site van Doel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • projectplannen uitwerken met heldere doelstellingen, tijdlijnen, middelen en budgetten
  • brandweer- en radioprotectieteams begeleiden en coördineren doorheen de volledige projectlevenscyclus
  • projectvoortgang opvolgen, aandachtspunten bespreken en toewerken naar tijdige oplevering
  • opportuniteiten bij bestaande en potentiële klanten herkennen en verder verkennen
  • voorstellen en offertes uitwerken en toelichten in overleg met betrokken partijen
  • ontwikkelingen binnen de sector en de markt opvolgen om groeimogelijkheden te signaleren
  • samenwerken met sales en marketing om projecten te laten aansluiten bij de bedrijfsstrategie
  • interne en externe stakeholders betrekken en verwachtingen transparant afstemmen
  • duurzame samenwerkingen uitbouwen en tevredenheid bij stakeholders opvolgen
  • meerdere teams coördineren, samen goed voor ongeveer 70 medewerkers
  • een werkomgeving stimuleren waarin resultaten, samenwerking en leiderschap samenkomen
  • feedbackmomenten organiseren, coaching voorzien en professionele groei ondersteunen
  • financiële analyses maken om budget en middelen doordacht in te zetten
  • projectkosten opvolgen en financiële doelstellingen bewaken
  • rapporteren over financiële status en projectresultaten aan het management
  • risico’s en kansen binnen projecten in kaart brengen
  • maatregelen uitwerken en toepassen om risico’s te beperken en kansen te benutten
  • toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuregels
  • radioprotectieprotocollen en -procedures beheren volgens de normen van de nucleaire sector

  • bachelordiploma in projectmanagement, engineering of een verwant vakgebied, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • certificering in projectmanagement zoals PMP of PRINCE2 is een plus
  • ervaring in de nucleaire sector of met projecten rond brandveiligheid en radioprotectie is een sterke troef
  • eerste ervaring in projectmanagement is een plus
  • ervaring met het begeleiden van teams en het ondersteunen van medewerkers
  • inzicht in financiële analyse en budgetopvolging
  • interesse in of vertrouwdheid met de nucleaire sector
  • heldere communicatie en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende gesprekspartners
  • vermogen om gestructureerd te werken binnen duidelijke deadlines
  • vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels, met een goede beheersing van het Frans
