Als Project Manager Speciale Deuren zorg je ervoor dat uitdagende projecten soepel verlopen, van engineering tot oplevering. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, werkt aan innovatieve oplossingen en maakt zichtbaar het verschil voor de opdrachtgever. Wat ga je doen? Als Project Manager Speciale Deuren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van technische maatwerkprojecten voor onze opdrachtgever. Je neemt projecten over na de verkoopfase en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met productieplanning, engineering, montage en externe partners om ieder project succesvol af te ronden. Daarbij houd je continu overzicht over de voortgang en stuur je bij waar nodig. Ook bewaak je de financiële voortgang en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie met alle betrokken partijen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen verschillende disciplines en zorgt ervoor dat technische ontwerpen worden vertaald naar een uitvoerbaar productie- en installatieplan. Tijdens de uitvoering signaleer je risico's, los je knelpunten op en bewaak je de afgesproken planning. Je krijgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject waarbij je de producten, productieprocessen en montagewerkzaamheden goed leert kennen. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot een veelzijdige Project Manager die technische projecten succesvol realiseert en opdrachtgevers volledig ontzorgt.
