Voor een toonaangevende speler in de Europese staalbouwsector zoeken we versterking voor het projectmanagementteam.

Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal gerenommeerde organisatie binnen de engineering, fabricage en montage van complexe staalconstructies, actief in prestigieuze projecten in onder meer hoogbouw, bruggen, architectonische iconen ….in Europa, Azië en de Verenigde Staten.

Over de functie

Als Project Manager ben je de centrale spil in de realisatie van uitdagende staalconstructieprojecten. Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige projectcyclus: van opdracht tot en met oplevering.

Je combineert technische en organisatorische coördinatie met administratieve opvolging en fungeert als belangrijkste schakel tussen klant, interne afdelingen en externe partners.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Opvolging van planning, uitvoering en kwaliteitsbewaking
  • Aansturen van interne teams en onderaannemers
  • Budget- en contractopvolging (meer-/minderwerken, vorderingsstaten, facturatie)
  • Intensieve projectcommunicatie met klanten en stakeholders
  • Rapportering aan de directie

Je wordt ondersteund door gespecialiseerde interne diensten en werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen projectengineering en uitvoering.

Masterdiploma (burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur)

Interesse in staalbouw en complexe technische projecten

Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen

Communicatief sterk, met een gezonde dosis assertiviteit

Ervaring in projectleiding is een troef, maar geen must

Talen: vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels; Duits en/of Frans is een plus

Bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen in een dynamische projectomgeving

Voor kandidaten zonder ervaring is een uitgebreid inlooptraject voorzien, waarin je alle facetten van de organisatie en projectwerking leert kennen.
