Project Manager / Teamleider - Developer Achtergrond - Regio Den Haag Voor een internationale opererende organisatie met kantoren in Duitsland en de VS, zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Manager / Team Leider. Heb je de benodigde ervaring als Software Developer en ben inmiddels gegroeid als Project Manager/ Team Leider? Ben je altijd op zoek naar wat technisch mogelijk is en beschik je over een sterke technische basis? In beide gevallen ben je welkom om te solliciteren. Voor deze vacature zoeken we ervaren developers die kilometers hebben gemaakt als Project Manager, Team Leider. Als Project Manager zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het aansturen van een team van C++ /C# Developers en Software Testers. Op basis van je opgedane software ontwikkelingservaring zal je een van de diverse projecten leiden en ervoor zorgen dat jouw team, niet alleen de visie, maar ook jouw richtlijnen volgt. Jij zal de eindverantwoordelijke zijn voor het eindproduct. De projecten variëren van nieuwe componenten toevoegen aan de bestaande software, alsmede de introductie van nieuwe technologieën bij bestaande klanten. Het identificeren van verbeterpunten in het systeem behoort tot je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Vanwege de toename aan orders, voornamelijk uit de VS, zijn er nieuwe custom-made (web) applicaties nodig. Het team bestaat uit Seniors en Mediors C++ /C# Developers . Ze beschikken allemaal over jarenlange ervaring en hebben allen een academische vooropleiding. Binnen het team wordt op basis van Agile/Scrum gewerkt. De software bevat complexe algoritmen, wat de uitdaging juist leuk en intellectueler maakt. Functie eisen - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Software ontwikkelaar (Bijv.
