TRIUS Project Manager Technische Installaties Zuid Holland Wat ga je doen? - Je beheert relaties en contracten met leveranciers voor installaties en diensten. - Projecten worden in samenspraak met interne klanten gedefinieerd en samen met het hoofd van de afdeling bepaal je welke projecten worden gegund. - Je schrijft aanbestedingen uit in overleg met onze afdeling inkoop. - Je leidt de technische projecten van initiatie tot en met de oplevering en bewaakt de voortgang, budgetten en afwijkingen. - Je adviseert je interne klanten over duurzame ontwikkelingen en nieuwe technische oplossingen. - Je rapporteert aan het hoofd van de afdeling. Wat is jouw talent? - HBO-niveau en relevante opleidingen en trainingen. - Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. - Ervaring met contract- en leveranciersmanagement. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Vaardig in het gebruik van Microsoft Office-toepassingen - EU-paspoort of geldige werkvergunning voor Nederland Waar ga je aan de slag? - Salaris: Tussen de € 5.000,- en € 6.000,- bruto per maand op basis van jouw ervaring. - Professionele Omgeving: Werken bij een vooraanstaande internationale, technische organisatie. - Sleutelrol met Impact: Verantwoordelijk voor inkoop, implementatie én oplevering van uitdagende projecten. - Groei & Ontwikkeling: Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, training en bijscholing. - Goede Voorwaarden: Goede pensioenregeling (eigen bijdrage slechts 3,6%), Reiskostenvergoeding en 29 vakantiedagen (Full Time) per jaar met de mogelijkheid tot bijkopen.
